Only patients who have had a search run in the 6 months prior to the launch of the Search & Match Service will be migrated for each organisation - patients who have had a search within the last month will be in the ‘Active patient’ list, while the previous 5 months will be in the ‘Inactive patient’ list. If you cannot find your patient within the default Active list remember to search the Inactive list alsoas well. Users will have access to patients registered by other users at their organisation as well, which is also split into 'Active Patients' and 'Inactive patients' |

The patients in the patient list are default sorted on the date of last viewed (last column). The records that have not been viewed at all are placed at the top, followed by the most recently viewed record. |
