Donor recruitment during COVID-19 pandemic

The workshop will be hands-on. You will be assigned to a break-out room to share experiences on how donor recruitment strategies have been redefined in the last months. What worked? What did not work?

Below are some questions for you to consider ahead of the session.

What challenges have been identified and what solutions are being pursued? How are donor recruitment numbers comparing to normal? What lessons are you learning and applying from this?
  • Which platforms/channels (if any) are currently used for donor recruitment? Is there a change in the engagement or costs and return?
  • Will donor recruitment change after the pandemic? How? What will you do differently?
  • How can we work better as a community to address common challenges?
