How to submit donor data and/or cord blood data

In order to improve the data collection, WMDA has to implement changes to their procedures for data reception and data processing. The current data file format (DOT20) is not appropriate to receive more data fields and therefore another more applicable file format is necessary. The new file format is an XML (Extensible Markup Language) file, which is considered an industry standard that is extendable, robust and easy to use.

This page contains useful documents and information required for the data submission of the new format (XML) to the Search & Match Service.
