For a given donor, the lifetime maximum for HPC, Marrow donation is twice. Anonymous contact allowed Anonymous correspondences are allowed starting the day of infusion. If a recipient passes away then only one anonymous correspondence is allowed per side unless consents are exchanged. Direct contact allowed Allowed after 1 year post-TX. If a recipient passes away the donor can submit a request to the family and the waiting period is waived.
