Product dosage limit | HSC apheresis: CD34+ cell from 1.5 to 5 x 10^6 / kg bodyweight of the recipient; HSC bone marrow: TNC from 3 to 5 x 10^8 / kg bodyweight of the recipient. he collection of TNC is limited, as only 20 ml bone marrow / kg bodyweight of the donor and max. 1500 ml can be collected. Number of donor cells allowed based on recipient weight. |
